Professional Impact, Part-Time Hours: Lead our Aquatic operations with a focus on technical excellence and safety. We are seeking a seasoned professional—ideal for a current educator or a retired municipal leader—to manage our facility’s compliance and staff development on a flexible, 20-hour-per-week schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• DPH Compliance & Water Quality: Serve as the primary Authority on-site for Georgia DPH Rule 511-3-5. Maintain all chemical logs.
• In-Service Leadership: As a certified LGI, you will design and lead monthly in-service trainings, conduct "red-shirt" drills, and ensure the lifeguard team is rescue-ready at all times.
• Staff Mentorship: Supervise a part-time, seasonal and year-round Swim Instructor and Lifeguard staff, focusing on accountability, professional conduct, and British Swim School safety protocols.
• Administrative Strategy: Assist with opening/closing procedures, chemical testing, monitoring, and logging, and instructor certification and continued training. 

Requirements:

• Certifications: Current CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and LGI (Lifeguard Instructor) are mandatory.
• Georgia Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) regulations for public swimming pools.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in municipal, collegiate, or large-scale private aquatic management.
• Availability: This is a part-time position (approx. 20 hours/week) with a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend shifts and emergency on-call support.

• Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (Based on experience)
• Annual Equivalent: ~$22,880 – $24,960 (at 20 hours/week)
