The Role

Tri Scapes is looking for a Maintenance Project Manager to lead our municipal parks division. This role is about more than just overseeing a contract; it’s about making sure the parks in our community are well-cared for and ready for people to enjoy. You will be the point person for multiple crews across various park locations, balancing the daily maintenance routine with the specific needs of the city and its residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple field crews across various municipal parks and public grounds.

- Oversee the daily landscape maintenance route, ensuring tasks like mowing, pruning, and general upkeep stay on schedule.

- Coordinate with your teams to support park events, making sure the grounds are prepped and cleaned up for community activities.

- Act as the primary contact for municipal customers, providing helpful and professional updates on work progress.

- Direct enhancement projects, including seasonal plantings and specialized park improvements.

- Keep up with work orders as they come in, ensuring tasks are completed reliably and on time.

- Keep an eye on the overall quality and safety of the parks, identifying any areas that need extra attention.

- Support and mentor your field staff, focusing on safety, teamwork, and personal growth.
